I’m Keith, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I offer tailored support through face-to-face outdoor sessions and online therapy, depending on what works best for you.

I work with people aged 16 and over who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, low self-esteem, OCD, and more.
